Paul Lundstrom is the chief financial officer at Flex, the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world. Mr. Lundstrom oversees the finance function, spanning corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, investor relations, tax, and treasury. In this role, he is focused on shareholder value creation and driving the company’s long-term financial framework, which includes consistent revenue growth, earnings expansion, cash generation, and disciplined capital allocation.
Prior to joining Flex, Mr. Lundstrom was vice president and chief financial officer at rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, a position he held since 2016. During his tenure at Aerojet Rocketdyne, the company benefited from strong shareholder value creation with growth in earnings, margins and cash flow. Previously, Mr. Lundstrom was with United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies Corporation), where he developed a strong track record of driving profitable growth in global markets. During his tenure with UTC, Mr. Lundstrom held several senior roles including vice president of investor relations; vice president and chief financial officer, Building & Industrial Systems – North Asia; vice president and chief financial officer, Climate, Control & Security – Asia; and vice president and chief financial officer, Carrier Building Systems and Services.
Mr. Lundstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Truman State University and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois (inactive).
