Xavier Boza is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Flex, the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world. Mr. Boza oversees all aspects of the human resources function, supporting the 160,000 flex employees, including total rewards, talent acquisition and management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, culture, and engagement. In this role, he is focused on driving the company’s human capital management strategy and building an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports the company’s mission to provide a safe environment with growth opportunities for our employees to prosper.
Prior to joining Flex, Mr. Boza was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Campbell Soup Company. During his tenure at Campbell, he oversaw a significant restructuring of the business and implementing a new corporate strategy. In addition, he held global HR positions overseeing ramping new locations, managing divestitures, and driving culture initiatives. Previously, Mr. Boza was with Kellogg Company, where he was responsible for Latin America HR as well as implementing an HR shared services model. Mr. Boza has also held global human resources roles at Kraft Foods, Hess Corporation, Grunenthal Pharmaceutical, and Abbott Laboratories.
Mr. Boza was also a human resources officer for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Boza earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Western New England College and his Master of Science in international relations from Webster University. He serves on the board of PGT Innovations, Inc.
